Swedish alt-pop artist Ellen Krauss has dropped her best work yet in the form of ‘Hungover (Head In A Can)’. She explains that the track is “about missing something or someone. Missing home, missing family, missing a loved one. It could also be your happy place. I wrote the song when I came back from my first ever support tour and I was experiencing a lot of separation anxiety.” Musically, the track wears its folk influences on its sleeve, with gentle acoustic guitar chords supporting her effortlessly melodic voice and blending with warm piano textures.
